“I cannot recommend Solar Upgrades highly enough. It's always daunting committing to large capital expenditure with innovative technology, but Adam and Ellie were brilliant. They put together a very comprehensive plan following the site visit and worked with us to make some amendments to suit the business. Ellie took care of all the paperwork and planning - we literally just had to sign off and then let them do the rest. Installation was very quick and efficient, and they stuck to the timescales agreed with minimal disruption. We decided to opt for batteries with this solar system and it has made a considerable difference to our electricity bills (already over 30% lower in January and February...roll on summer!) These savings are considerably more than achieved from the solar-only system we already had at a different site. We will now look at adding batteries to the older, existing systems. The after-sales care has been excellent compared to other businesses we have worked with. Adam has popped in on a few occasions just to make sure everything is working as it should and Ellie has been so helpful with a couple of export tariff issues we had with our supplier.
